When I stand in You

To Your Name

I will not be moved

For His word says

Be still

And I will fight on your behalf

I will fight your battles

I am your defender

Be still

And know I am with you

‘Now then, stand still and see this great thing the Lord is about to do before your eyes!’

Stand silent

And wait

By the seventh day you will shout

And the walls of Jericho will fall down

It’s not by my works

But by His mark

That has been written on me

That has been declared over me

That ‘God has planned in advance my destiny and the good works I would do to fulfill it’

So I stand in You

My foundation

My fortress

I will not be shaken

When I stand in You

Standing strong

Standing in faith

That I will withstand the test

The test of fire

And walk out unscathed

For Your words will stand the test of time
